About This Project

The existing urethane floor at a poultry processing facility in Portland, ME was failing — cracking and chipping throughout the area. The damaged surface made sanitation harder and put USDA and SQF compliance at stake. The facility needed a durable, seamless replacement on a tightly controlled schedule.

Tufco replaced 4,200 sq ft of failed flooring with seamless Tufcrete urethane — installed by our own crews with no drain work required and all work completed in just 3 days.

The Solution

The project was completed without modifying the existing drains and the facility was ready to return to service after a 3-day installation.
